The Iowa City Police Department is asking for assistance in identifying the male and female in this video. They are wanted for questioning regarding the theft of a cellular phone on Tuesday, 06/16 at around 8:08AM, at a downtown business (ICPD #2015006335).

Iowa City Area Crime Stoppers is offering up to a $1000 cash reward for information leading to the arrest of this suspect.
